Why does the explorer show 100% commission?
Commission is set to 100% so staking rewards route through our conversion pipeline instead of accruing as more SUI. We convert that commission into Bridge USDsui and distribute it pro rata to stakers — we don’t keep it.
Are there any fees?
No. This product doesn’t take a cut of your stake, rewards, or payouts. The 100% commission you see on explorers is the routing mechanism for converting rewards into USDSUI — that value is paid out to stakers. There are no hidden fees in the pipeline. Do I have to stake through this app?
No. Stake to this validator from any wallet or staking tool. As long as your stake is with the Sui Dollar Validator, published reward runs pay USDSUI to your staking address automatically. This app is optional — use it to stake, or just to look up your position.
Does my principal leave my wallet?
No. You stake native $SUI as usual. Principal stays as StakedSui under your control. There is no LST and we never custody your stake.
When do I receive USDSUI?
Commission accrues each epoch. Our ops pipeline unstakes accrued commission, converts SUI→USDSUI, then distributes to staking wallets. Expect lag from epoch close through unstake unlock before conversion — see Transparency for actual run timing.
Is this an LST?
No. You keep native stake. Rewards arrive as USDSUI in your wallet after each distribution run.
Where can I verify payouts?
Use Stake to connect a wallet or paste an address for your personal position. Transparency shows validator stats and aggregate payout figures; published distribution digests are listed on Stake under Payout history.
How does testnet differ?
On Sui testnet we prove the same pipeline with DEEP as the reward asset (stand-in for USDSUI) and a lower on-chain commission (~10%). Mainnet pays USDSUI and uses 100% commission as the routing mechanism. Switch network on Stake or Transparency to inspect either environment.
